We first learned of Neurofibromatosis 10 years ago, and when Lexie was just 4 years old, the diagnosis was confirmed. Despite the challenges associated with this diagnosis, Lexie is healthy, beautiful, smart, kind, fun, and athletic. What the future holds for her in regards to NF complications and symptoms is unknown, given the variable nature of NF.
