This September, I am running with Cassie and Friends. This cause is very close to my heart, as I was diagnosed with juvenile arthritis at age two.
Cassie and Friends champions research, education, support and connection for children, youth and families affected by childhood rheumatic diseases. Through these programs, C+F has become such a vital support for so many people.
