💜⚓ Join SAM’s FLEET for the Purple Paddy’s Virtual 5K! ☘️

This St. Patrick’s Day weekend (March 14-17, 2025), SAM’s FLEET is hitting the pavement—wherever we are—to take part in Purple Paddy’s Virtual 5K in support of pancreatic cancer research and patient aid through Project Purple.

We are walking, jogging, and running in honor of Sam, our beloved father, Paw-Paw, and husband, whose strength, love, and legacy continue to inspire us every day. As a proud U.S. Navy veteran who served aboard the USS Independence (CV-62), he faced every challenge with courage—and now, we’re carrying that same spirit forward in his name.

💜 Why We Run
Pancreatic cancer is relentless, but so are we. By participating in this virtual 5K, we are making every mile matter—bringing hope to patients through financial aid and care packages, while also funding critical research for early detection and a cure.
