In 2021, my life changed forever after a severe accident left me with a brain bleed, fractured skull and a long road to recovery. I had to relearn to walk, talk, and eat, things that we all take for granted. Today, I’m beyond grateful to be here, fully functional, and able to run again. 

This 5K isn’t just a race for me, it’s a celebration of second chances and a way to honor those still fighting to recover from their injuries. Every donation helps raise awareness, fund research, and support survivors and their families as they rebuild their lives.
