Donate to OUT MetroWest
OUT MetroWest builds communities where LGBTQ+ youth thrive, serving pre-k through age 29. Our free programs connect youth with a network of supportive peers and adults and provide education and social, emotional, and mental health support. We now serve over 350 LGBTQ+ youth and families across 30+ towns west of Boston with 20 FREE monthly programs. We also train hundreds of individuals annually through our community education sessions–helping local corporations, municipalities, and churches build LGBTQ+-inclusive cultures.
Thank you for visiting OUT MetroWest's 2025 Falmouth Road Race Team Page!
We are thrilled to have 10 bibs for runners to participate in the Falmouth Road Race on Sunday, August 17, 2025. We are aiming to raise $15,000 and asking each runner to committ to a fundraising minimum of $1,250 to support our free, life-saving resources and programs for LGBTQ+ youth.

OUT MetroWest builds communities where LGBTQ+ youth thrive.
For 14 years, OUT MetroWest has risen to meet the emerging needs of LGBTQ+ youth, launching new programs based on community demand. In 2015, our Nexus program was the first of its kind in MA for queer and transgender middle-schoolers, filling a critical void. Since 2011, we have grown from a single weekly meeting for high schoolers to now offering multiple weekly programs for middle and high schoolers, monthly programs for elementary youth and young adults, community-wide events, and educating hundreds of individuals to build inclusive cultures in their own organizations.

Because ALL LGBTQ+ youth deserve a community where they are welcomed and accepted, for exactly who they are.
Help keep all of our life-affirming programs and events FREE and accessible by supporting OUT MetroWest!
