Help Chris raise money

Hello,

My name is Chris Hamilton, and I am proud to be part of a team of 10 dedicated individuals who will be running in the 2024 Falmouth Road Race. We are running to raise much-needed funds for the Plymouth County Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) Team, an organization that provides vital emotional support and debriefing services for first responders after they experience tragic or traumatic events.

As a first responder myself, I have personally experienced the impact of this service and the profound difference it can make. The CISM team plays a critical role in helping individuals navigate the emotional challenges that come with the job, ensuring that no one has to face these burdens alone.

This cause is particularly personal for me, as I have a close friend who had to retire from the fire department due to the emotional toll of the job. The support provided by the CISM team was instrumental in helping him find his footing during that difficult time.
