Help Mario raise money

I am running for Team Valeria at this year’s Falmouth Road Race 2025 in memory of my daughter Valeria, who was taken from us far too soon at just three years old.

Valeria was born with an ultra rare, non-inherited genetic mutation on the KCNT1 gene. Many young children are born with such de novo mutations, facing some of the most devastating diseases. Valeria - the Valeria Foundation, we want to change that.

We are currently working with research teams at Yale School of Medicine to develop better models that will enable more effective and personalized therapies for children with ultra-rare diseases.
