My Story…
Support First Responders’ Mental Health – 2025 Asics Falmouth Road Race
It is estimated that over 30% of first responders experience behavioral health challenges, including depression and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). In recent years, mental health concerns have risen significantly, taking a profound toll on those who serve our communities.
As someone who has been personally impacted by mental health struggles, I believe it is crucial to shed light on this often-invisible injury and raise awareness about the importance of mental well-being. That’s why I am proud to be running alongside LiveWell IV Hydration at the 2025 Asics Falmouth Road Race, supporting a cause that is deeply meaningful to me.
We are raising funds for the Plymouth County Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) Team, an organization dedicated to providing critical support and resources to first responders in need. Every dollar raised will help ensure that those who serve us receive the care they deserve when they need it most.
Your support can make a real difference. Please consider donating to help me reach my fundraising goal and, more importantly, to support the mental health and well-being of our first responders.
Thank you for your generosity and for standing with us in this important cause.
