My Story…
Hello Friends and Family!
The last (and only) time I ran Falmouth was in 2017 and I did it with 10 year old Clare! It was so fun and so torturous because there were many parts of the race where I was giving her a piggy back, hot sun, big hills…the works! BUT nothing beats the moment when we both crossed that finish line!
This year, I’m running the race for another meaningful reason and to provide support to those that do so much for our communities and have suffered as a result of their selflessness. The Plymouth County Critical Incident Stress Management Team (CISM) helps our First Responders who see tragedy everyday, the effect of which can be immediate or cumulative. CISM provides crucial mental health support to our first responders during times of crisis. 🚒🚓🚑
We have many First Responders as members at Bridgewater Fitness. I am running for awareness of the CISM Program, for each and every one of them, and for anyone that should ever need its support. 💪🏻♥️ Please consider any donation to help get me over that finish line this year!
Thank you!🙏🏻 😊
