Hello friends!
On Sunday, August 17, 2025, I’m again running the Falmouth Road Race — a 7-mile run along the Cape Cod coast, to raise funds for Neurofibromatosis Northeast. I’ll be (somewhat) alongside by brother-in-law Greg Lauranzano, who is quite faster than me, to support this incredible cause. We will again be running in memory of our cousin Erin Dawson and her fight song.

NF Northeast works to raise awareness, fund research, and support families affected by neurofibromatosis (NF), a rare genetic disorder that typically causes benign tumors of the nerves and growths in other parts of the body, including the skin.

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page for the 2025 Falmouth Road Race - supporting Neurofibromatosis Northeast!

More than 100,000 Americans are living with neurofibromatosis, and it affects over 2 million people worldwide. Symptoms can differ greatly in occurrence, severity, and age of appearance between patients. This makes NF difficult to identify and diagnose. If NF is suspected, genetic testing is typically the most appropriate way to diagnose it.
