Recovery Without Walls offers a safe and nurturing environment for women on Cape Cod who are transitioning from substance dependency treatment. Their holistic approach includes services such as acupuncture, mindfulness, and personalized support—all free of charge. Operating entirely through volunteer efforts and private donations, they embody a community-driven model that fosters lasting change.
