My Story....
I'm voluntarily running a 10k in the scorching heat of summer; not because I'm being chased, but to raise funds for FSHD (Facioscapulohumeral Muscular Dystrophy). This is a form of muscular dystrophy that affects some of my extended family and is a cause very dear to my heart.
If you'd like to donate, you can help turn my legs into much-needed support for research and treatment of this condition. Every dollar gets us closer to better treatments (it also provides me with an excellent excuse to dramatically complain about training).
Thank you for your support, you’re the real MVPs! Now, if you’ll excuse me, I have to go pretend I enjoy running.
