My Story…
I am honored to be running this year in support my beautiful mother, Nancy, and everyone courageously battling Parkinson's disease.
Nancy has been fighting Parkinson's for over eight years. If you know her, you know she is incredibly tough; she faces every challenge with admirable strength, day in and day out, without a complaint.
Our family has witnessed firsthand the heartbreaking losses this disease imposes. We are committed to raising funds for research and spreading awareness because no one should have to watch their loved ones suffer the way we have. Seven hilly miles on a 98-degree day? That's nothing. It pales in comparison to the difficulties my mom (and her amazing caretaker, Dennis) endure, especially in recent months.
Thank you for your support. Every contribution makes a difference, and I truly appreciate your help!

Description
I'm ready to run.
I'm running to raise funds and awareness with the Parkinson's Champions. I'm challenging myself to run the marathon to support the Parkinson’s Foundation.
The Parkinson's Foundation makes life better for people living with Parkinson's disease by improving care and advancing research toward a cure. Studies show that 2.5 hours of weekly exercise along with medication, can significantly improve quality of life for people living with Parkinson's. We run and will continue to run for people with Parkinson's because this disease not a sprint, it’s a marathon. Every dollar counts, thank you for your support!
