My Story…

Hi! I am so excited to be running the Falmouth Road Race again this year for Team WellStrong!

WellStrong is an amazing community on Cape Cod, whose mission is to support and nurture the wellbeing of those seeking a life in recovery. The support system of WellStrong creates an environment of healing, strength, and empowerment.

I moved down to the Cape about five years ago, with no plan on staying, but here I am! The support and love I have found not only on Cape Cod, but within the WellStrong community, has truly changed my life. I've struggled with addiction since I was a teenager and it wasn't until I moved to Cape Cod that I was able to make a change. I am so excited and honored to be a part of the 2025 WellStrong Team!
