My Story…
For the past several years, I've been fortunate enough to represent Mental Health Collaborative at the Falmouth Road Race. This event is a poetic mix for me, because running has presented me with many obstacles in my mental health, while also helping me discover important skills to manage my struggles.
I have been more fortunate than most with the access that I've received to mental health resources and education. Whatever battle you may be fighting, nobody should have to fight it alone.
MHC does a fantastic job spreading awareness and education, while decreasing stigma in the area. A small donation can go a long way in helping them to expand their critical mission.
