Help Hannah raise money

This summer, I’m running my first organized race, the Falmouth Road Race, to support Big Brothers Big Sisters of Cape Cod & the Islands. I’ll be running alongside my sister Kay, who is a “big” to an incredible 9-year-old named Mila.

As a child psychologist, I’ve seen how powerful it is for kids to have a steady, supportive adult in their lives. Big Brothers Big Sisters creates one-to-one mentorships that help kids build confidence, self-esteem, and meaningful relationships. I’ve had the joy of watching Mila grow through her bond with Kay - it’s exactly the kind of connection every child deserves.

Neither of us has ever run a race before, but Kay somehow convinced me to sign up during a weak moment - just after my second hospitalization for pneumonia in a year. So here we are: two brand-new runners training for seven miles in the August heat, all for a cause we believe in deeply.
