My Story…
I was born and raised in Falmouth. This is where I lost myself… and where I found my way back.
I have 2½ years sober. That number holds a thousand stories—of pain, of surrender, of prayer, and of grace. I didn’t just get sober—I got purpose. I now work in recovery, I do homeless outreach, and I spend my days helping people who are still where I once was. I’ve lost people I love to this disease. I’ve cried, I’ve prayed, and I’ve promised I would be the voice for people have lost their life to this disease and the voice for those who are still struggling.
This is my testimony. And this year, I’m running the Falmouth Road Race for WellStrong.
WellStrong is more than just a fitness space—it’s a community built on healing, hope, and recovery. It’s a place where people in recovery can come to rebuild not just their bodies, but their belief in themselves. I’ve seen it. I’ve lived it.
I’m running for those we’ve lost.
I’m running for those still out there.
I’m running for every person who thinks they’ll never be whole again.
I run because I am that testimony. Recovery is real. Redemption is possible. And no one is ever too far gone.
If you feel led to support this mission, please donate. Every dollar goes to helping someone else rewrite their story—just like I did.
Thank you for supporting my steps, my story, and the work that truly saves lives.
