My Story…
I’m running the 2025 Falmouth Road race to raise money for the Francis Ouimet Scholarship fund. The Francis Ouimet Scholarship Fund awards millions in need-based college scholarships each year to deserving young men and women who have worked at Massachusetts golf courses.
My late grandfather, Dick Stimets, and my late father, Rick Stimets, both dedicated much of their time and care to the Ouimet fund, and were passionate about investing in the local golf community. I will be running in their honor as I continue their efforts to maximize The Francis Ouimet Scholarship Fund’s impact.
