Welcome to my 2025 ASICS Falmouth Road Race Page!
I am honored to be running the Falmouth Road Race this August in support of the National Brain Tumor Society. The cause is something that's incredibly important to me. Last year, my Aunt Donna passed away after a four-year battle with glioblastoma, an aggressive form of brain cancer. About 15,000 Americans are diagnosed with glioblastoma each year, which makes up 50% of all malignant brain tumors. However, the standard of care for glioblastoma has not seen any improvements for over 20 years. Donna's resilience, attitude, and kindness will always be an inspiration to her family and friends. Donna was very passionate about long walks and hikes outdoors, so I think she would approve of me logging some good miles! This race is a way of honoring her memory and supporting research that brings us closer to better treatments and a cure. Thank you so much for your support!
