Help Meg raise money

Hello family, friends, colleagues, and strangers!

I have decided to run this year's Falmouth Road Race alongside one of my colleagues to raise money for mental health education and awareness.

As many of you know, I am a therapist for children, adolescents, and young adults, many of whom struggle with chronic depression and suicidality. Improving access to knowledge about mental health challenges and available services, as well as working to end the stigma around struggling with mental health, is incredibly important to me. We need more people in our communities who can recognize the signs of somebody struggling, know how to lend an ear and validate someone's experience, and help to connect folks to life-saving resources.
