Hi Friends!
This year, I will be running the Falmouth Road Race for the 3rd year in a row, my second year running for team Cape Cod Healthcare. Once again, I ask you all to please consider donating to our team in support of the VNA of Cape Cod Hospice.
VNA Hospice is the highest-rated hospice on Cape Cod and offers more services, both clinical and complementary, than any other hospice in the region. The hospice staff work as a team with the person, family, and caregivers to maximize physical comfort and provide ongoing emotional support.
Because of your generosity, Cape Cod Healthcare remains a non-profit, independent community-based healthcare system and delivers the highest quality, accessible health services, which enhance the health of all Cape Cod residents and visitors.
