Hi everyone!
This summer, I’m excited to be running the Falmouth Road Race in support of a cause that matters to me — the Herren Project.
As a physical therapist, I work with people who are working hard to get stronger and healthier. But I also know that health isn’t just about muscles and joints — it’s about mental wellness, support, and sometimes, finding the strength to ask for help. Substance use disorder affects more people than many realize, and the road to recovery can be tough.
The Herren Project provides free resources, recovery support, and guidance for individuals and families affected by addiction. They guide people toward recovery with compassion and understanding.
I’m running to raise awareness, break the stigma, and hopefully raise some funds along the way. If you’re able to donate, thank you. If you can share this page, even better.
