My Story…
I am a Boston College alum, Class of 2016, and I am honored to be running for Campus School again! I ran my first marathon at Boston College for the undergraduate Campus School team, as a freshman in 2013. Definitely a tough first marathon day to have, but I've kept running ever since. I am a librarian, and I come from a family of teachers—and the personalized education for students with extensive supportive needs feels absolutely essential to my belief in an accessible education for all. Beyond the wonderful care and attention provided by the staff of therapists, nurses, and educators, the research at Campus School furthers this mission everywhere. When I was an undergraduate, I had the privilege to do a bit of volunteering with students using EagleEyes technology. To see students with limited mobility be able to participate in school by selecting answers with their eyes totally blew me away. I hope you'll join me in making a contribution to this important work! Go Eags!
