My Story…

I am participating in the Falmouth Road Race in support of my best friend, my dad, Jimmy Chianese. Diagnosed with Prostate Cancer in early 2023, his illness sadly progressed as we learned in December of 2024 he is now 'terminal'. I’m running to honor him, raise funds, and increase awareness about Prostate Cancer. This race is also about fighting the stigma surrounding Prostate Cancer and highlighting the importance of early prevention. Early Prevention is key to Prostate Cancer and can truly make a life altering difference. You don’t have to be a runner to support this cause (because I'm certainly no athlete)—but every effort counts in making a difference.
