I’m honored to be running the 2025 ASICS Falmouth Road Race in support of the Mental Health Collaborative, an organization working to build informed, resilient communities through mental health education.
Running has helped me find calm, strength, and connection—but it’s especially meaningful because of my own journey with depression and anxiety. I’ve been lucky to find support when I needed it most, and now I’m running to help make that support more accessible to others.
