Please support me and help save lives and #stopsuicide in Massachusetts!
This summer, I’ll be running the Falmouth Road Race for the first time—and it’s so much more than just a race to me. I’m running with a heart full of love, grief, and hope.
I’m running on behalf of Team AFSP Massachusetts (American Foundation for Suicide Prevention), and I’m running for three people who will always hold a special place in my heart: my cousin Timmy Thompson, my best friend Tyler Antonevich, and my best friend’s dad, Mark Tripoli.
Losing someone to suicide leaves behind an ache that never really goes away. It’s confusing, heartbreaking, and often silent. But running gives me a voice—and this race is my way of honoring them. With every mile, I’ll be thinking of their laughs, their light, and the moments we shared. I’m also running to break the silence around mental health and show others that they’re never alone. Not a day goes by that I don’t think of them.
If I can reach even one person who needs to hear that they matter, then every stride will be worth it.
Any support—big or small—means the world. Let’s make a difference together.
