I'll be running the seven-mile Falmouth Road Race on Aug 17 with Team End ALZ as part of the Alzheimer's Association in memory of my mom, Alice, who my family lost in 2019 due to Alzheimer's.

Many of us have known someone, a family member or friend, who is or was battling dementia and know the effort it takes to comfort them and serve as caregivers and helpers during that time. 

The Alzheimer's Association leads the way to end Alzheimer's and all other dementia by accelerating global research, driving risk reduction and early detection, education about dementia, support for caregivers, and maximizing quality care and support. They do great work and need your help! I've been a supporter of their work for several years now and the feeling that we can all contribute to ending ALZ is very rewarding.
