My Story…
I'm honored to be running the Falmouth Road Race again this year in support of Marisa's Mission, a cause deeply meaningful to me. Marisa's Mission provides vital assistance to patients and families, alleviating their stress and financial burdens throughout their cancer journey.
In 2018, during my late husband Brendan's brief battle with brain cancer, I was fortunate to receive a grant from Marisa's Mission. This enabled me to relocate closer to Beth Israel Hospital, allowing me to spend precious time with him and our families during his final months. In 2022, I joined the Board of Directors and have witnessed firsthand how each and every contribution directly impacts the lives of those battling cancer. None of this would be possible without your support.

Marisa's Mission is dedicated to providing financial assistance to patients who are battling cancer. Marisa's Mission has awarded over $1.3 million in grants, helping with transportation to treatments, home assistance, patient and family support, medication, medical equipment, special family trips, caregiving, and alternative therapies.
