Hello all,
My name is Charlie Elacqua and I am a current junior at Boston College. I grew up in Houston, Texas with my 4 siblings and moved to the Boston area for college. Through my time in college I found running to be a great way to fill my free time and bond with my closest friends.
At Boston College I found Big Brothers Big Sisters as a great way to connect with the community and give my time and energy to a new friend. The kid whom I mentor is a 10 year old named Juel and we have formed a great bond that I cherish very much, and my Saturday's spent with him and the other kids are some of my favorite days of the year.
I cannot wait to run the road race for a great cause and with the possibility to help others along the way.
