Support Our Falmouth Road Race Run for Mental Health Collaborative!

This summer, we’re lacing up our sneakers and running the Falmouth Road Race in support of Mental Health Collaborative, an incredible organization working to change the way we think about and talk about mental health.

Mental Health Collaborative’s mission is close to our hearts: through their programs, they decrease stigma, increase knowledge, and give people the skills they need to flourish. This work is more important now than ever.

Suicide is the second leading cause of death among youth ages 10–34.

50% of all lifetime cases of mental illness begin by age 14, and 75% begin by age 24.

Today’s young people face enormous pressure from society and often struggle in silence due to stigma and misunderstanding.

We believe in a future where mental health is talked about with the same openness and urgency as physical health. That future starts with education, conversation, and support — the very things Mental Health Collaborative provides.

By running this race, we hope to raise both awareness and funds for this life-changing work — because every family is impacted by mental health, and support is out there.
