My Story…
Supporting an important Cape Cod boating community!
What is PBCB?
Pleasant Bay Community Boating (PBCB) is a nonprofit 501 (c)(3) organization that provides access to boating and marine science programs on Pleasant Bay. We envision a community where everyone experiences the joys, beauty, and freedom of boating on Pleasant Bay, fostering an appreciation for this unique marine environment. Founded in 2003, PBCB has grown to serve more than 4,000 individuals through community programs for children and adults of all ages and abilities.
My personal experience
I can say that getting out on the water with folks at PBCB has totally changed my appreciation for the importance of having a place to sail and enjoy the natural beauty of the cape from the water. I'm happy to be asked to join in their efforts to expand this access to all and to give people of all ages that wonderful experience of seeing Cape Cod from Pleasant Bay and earning a newfound appreciation for the life lessons that can be learned from sailing there.
