My Story…
I’m thrilled to be running the 2025 Falmouth Road Race in support of Dreamfar High School Marathon!
I first met Anna McKeown in high school, and all these years later, she remains a mentor and a true source of inspiration to me. Her dedication and passion for helping others has always been evident and is showcased in her amazing work for Dreamfar.
I was honored when she gave me the opportunity to work alongside her to support the program. Working as the program's intern, I had the chance to witness firsthand the impact Dreamfar has on high school students. Through this program, teens of diverse backgrounds and abilities are developing physical and mental resilience, building a strong sense of community, and discovering the confidence to pursue their goals and dreams.

Description
Founded in 2008 Dreamfar has operated for 17 consecutive seasons and served more than 1,000 teens across Greater Boston through a unique combination of mentorship and distance running. Our mission is to help teens develop physical and mental wellness, community, and confidence to pursue their goals and dreams.
During the 2024-2025 season Dreamfar engaged with 75 students from six Greater Boston high schools who chose to practice after school and on Saturdays to prepare for an end of season event of their choosing. This season, 63 student mentees took part in events ranging from the 5K to the full marathon.
