Help Emily raise money

I am running the Falmouth Road Race to raise money for the Mental Health Collaborative (MHC).  MHC is an organization that raises awareness about the importance of mental health, works to reduce the stigma associated with mental health conditions, and brings tools to different communities to improve mental health. As a pediatrician, I believe that our mental health is extremely important and I work with lots of teens with a variety of mental health concerns. I am supporting MHC because it has a very important and meaningful mission, and it uses evidence based strategies to reach its goals. MHC works with teachers and coaches in schools to help the teenage communities and their role models within the schools. This is such an amazing way to reach teenagers and help them at a pivotal time.
