My Story…

Hi friends and colleagues, 

I am running the 2025 Falmouth Road Race for Mental Health Collaborative (MHC), a Boston-area non profit dedicated to making human-kind better through mental health awareness, literacy, and education. I ran the 2024 Boston Marathon for MHC. I believe in their mission. 

Please thoughtfully consider a $10 donation (that’s all I am asking) to MHC.

MHC's mission is to build informed, resilient communities through education and awareness. We hope to improve mental health literacy in as many communities as we can.
