This summer, I’m honored to be running the Falmouth Road Race on behalf of Heroes in Transition (HIT)—an incredible organization dedicated to supporting veterans, active service members, and their families in ways that often go beyond what traditional programs can offer.
Heroes in Transition provides essential services that strengthen relationships, build community, and promote healing—whether through counseling, retreats, or programs that improve communication and resiliency. Their mission is rooted in compassion, empowerment, and meaningful connection.
