My Story…
I am running the Falmouth Road Race with my husband Adam Way who lost his brother Bryan earlier this month to suicide. We were shocked by his death as he had been so future oriented discussing his running goals with us. In fact, the last message I had from him was about running. When grieving it can be helpful to have a goal you are working towards to keep you motivated each day. When I saw Blue Star Familes had posted looking for runners to run for their charity I discussed it with Adam who agreed it would be a good idea to run in memory of Bryan. Please consider donating to each of our individual fundraising pages. 100% of proceeds goes to Blue Star Families of New England to help support our NOURISH THE SERVICE program (this program helps military families suffering from food insecurity and housing challenges). Thank you for your support!
