I look forward to running the Falmouth Road Race for the first time and I am excited to be a part of such a great team/cause. If you’d like to be a part of my team, any contribution is great appreciated, as well as sideline support on race day!
New England Donor Services (NEDS) coordinates organ and tissue donation in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, the eastern counties of Vermont and Bermuda. Through its federally designated organ procurement organization, New England Organ Bank (NEOB), and its centralized tissue donation services operation, NEDS serves thousands of donor families each year who have generously made the choice to donate and honors the decision of those who registered as donors and gave the gift of life.
My goal to raise $1500 for this awesome organization and I’m confident that we can blow the goal out of the water. I look forward to seeing everyone in Falmouth! Lets go!
Description
New England Donor Services is the not-for-profit organization serving the region for organ and tissue donation. There are currently 6,500 patients waiting for an organ transplant in New England and countless others will require tissue to heal this year. With approximately half of the population registered donor, it's critical for more people to join the Donor Registry today. Funds are needed to help educate the community about the importance of organ and tissue donation and the need across the community. Give now and show your support!
