Help Jade raise money

Jade received a Double Lung Transplant at the age of 11, September 20, 2022. Jade had something called Pulmonary Veno Occlusive Disease (PVOD). It is the rarest form of Pulmonary Hypertension. There is no treatment for it- other than getting a lung transplant. We are so grateful that Kyana was an organ donor. In her tragic passing, it was her last act of selflessness- to give others (more specifically Jade) a second chance at life.
