Every donation brings us closer to better treatments, earlier detection, and improved quality of life for the 1 in 8 Canadian men who will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in their lifetime.
Every step in this race means a little more than just finishing 🏃♂️
My name is Roger, and I’m running my first marathon at the BMO Vancouver Marathon, and using it as a way to support something that really matters.
I’m raising funds for Prostate Cancer Foundation Canada. It’s a cause that affects a lot more families than most people realize. Prostate cancer is one of the most common cancers in Canadian men, affecting 1 in 8 in their lifetime.
At some point in life, this becomes real for all of us, whether it’s family, friends, or someone we know. It’s one of those things that doesn’t feel close… until it is.
Training for a marathon has been tough, but it also puts things in perspective. It’s nothing compared to what people going through cancer actually deal with.
If you’re able to donate, even a small amount really does go a long way toward research, early detection, and support for families going through it.
Appreciate you being part of this with me 🙏 ...and thank you to all that have donated...🙂🙌
