Hi there!
As part of my 40th Milestone Year of doing big things, I will be running the 2026 BMO Vancouver Marathon to raise funds for the Heart & Stroke Foundation in memory of my grandma, Siu Zhen.
Heart and overall health awareness is all I ask. If able, please take the time to learn CPR/First Aid, and understand stroke symptoms.
Face - is it drooping?
Arms - can you raise both?
Speech - is it slurred or jumbled?
Time - to call 9-1-1
