My Story…
In March of 2025 Jeff's Aunt Carol moved into Chatham Kent Hospice and just a few days later, her husband Uncle Tom moved into the room right across the hall. Our family has seen first hand how the Chatham Kent Hospice brings comfort and care to patients and their loved ones in during their final days. We'd like to play in this tournament in Carol and Tom's memory and raise funds as our way of giving back to a place that had so much care and compassion for our family.
