🎉 Join Team Brixmor on Sunday, April 12th for the Carlsbad 5000 — Supporting Youth Health & Fitness!

We’re teaming up for the Carlsbad 5000 in partnership with the MEB Foundation, an organization dedicated to promoting youth health, education, and fitness. Founded by Olympic medalist Meb Keflezighi, the MEB Foundation supports programs that inspire a healthy, active community through running. Leading up to race day and throughout race weekend, the foundation works with local schools, youth groups, and community organizations to foster a culture of youth wellness across San Diego County and beyond.

Whether you’re a runner, walker, jogger, or just in it for fun, this is a perfect community event for all fitness levels.

🏃‍♀️ How to Participate

1️⃣ Register for the 5K — Cost: $68.57 (submit for reimbursement)

Everyone on the team will sign up individually through Race Roster. After registration, please submit your $68.57 for reimbursement.

2️⃣ Choose This Race Category:

✔️ The People’s Race – 10:30 AM

All genders, ages & abilities, Non‑competitive, Perfect for walkers, joggers & casual runners!

Please wear your Brixmor shirt for the race so we can stand out, match as a team, and show our company spirit out on the course.

Participation is OPTIONAL

3️⃣ Join only if you’re excited and able — no pressure at all!

Anyone is welcome to register and walk/run with us in The People’s Race. The more the merrier!
