🐾 In Memory of Dynasty 💕 

After more than 16 wonderful years, I said goodbye to my beautiful girl 🦮. Dynasty was so much more than a pet, she was my friend, my teacher, and the inspiration behind RunGo and our Dash for Dogs.

Dynasty began her life with Guide Dogs for the Blind, helping her partner, Iris, until an early (and slightly embarrassing) retirement. I was incredibly lucky to adopt her in 2012. Knowing her story inspired me to create Dash for Dogs and RunGo, a running app that guides people with voice navigation, an idea that came from her ability to lead with confidence and trust.

In 2015, we held a small launch event and fun run in Stanley Park to thank her. That one-time fundraiser grew into the RunGo Dash for Dogs, now entering its 12th year and raising nearly $200,000 for BC & Alberta Guide Dogs.

Dynasty touched countless lives, from the people she met to the community she helped build. I’m dedicating the 2026 Dash for Dogs to her memory, and I’d be honored if you joined me by donating in her name.
