Volunteer and join the crew!
Keen to get involved, but not up for the run? We’d love to have you on the team!
Round the Bays wouldn’t be what it is without the awesome support of our volunteers — and we’re on the lookout for legends like you.
No experience? No worries.
All you need is a positive attitude and a smile. Whether you're handing out bibs, setting up signage, keeping water stations flowing, guiding participants on course or cheering people home at the finish line — we’ll make sure you’re fully briefed and supported by a team leader on the day.
Got some skills up your sleeve?
Let us know if you have experience in first aid, retail, traffic management or social media — we’ll do our best to match you with a role where you can shine.
Bring your crew!
Volunteering is even better with mates. Get your whānau, workplace, or community group involved and enjoy a feel-good day out together.
Looking to fundraise?
If you're part of a community group, sports club or charity keen to raise funds, reach out to us via volunteer@roundthebays.co.nz — we’d love to chat.
