Raise money for Casey's Clubhouse
Together, we can make every mile meaningful. During the 2026 Pittsburgh Marathon Race Weekend, two powerful opportunities await to support Casey’s Clubhouse and empower athletes with disabilities to go the distance and shine.
Casey’s Clubhouse Fundraiser
This year, Casey’s Clubhouse invites athletes and supporters of all levels to participate in various race events:
Full Marathon~Half Marathon~Relay~5K~Kid's Walk~Toddler Trot~Pet Race
When you run and fundraise for Casey’s Clubhouse, you’re helping athletes with disabilities experience the joy of sports and belonging through inclusive programs and opportunities.
Always B Smiling Partnership Fundraiser
Casey’s Clubhouse and Always B Smiling are teaming up making marathons accessible for all. By supporting the adaptive stroller marathon program, you help athletes experience the thrill of race day and the power of inclusion — one finish line at a time.
The Adaptive Stroller Relay Teams are working together to raise funds for both amazing South Hills programs. Last year, 6 athletes took on the full marathon in their adaptive strollers, each feeling the power of community and inclusion.
This year, 8 athletes have the opportunity to complete a full Marathon. By supporting Casey’s Clubhouse, or both, you’re joining a powerful community dedicated to making dreams possible.
Let's Run Together~Every Mile Makes a Difference!
Your contribution to an adaptive stroller relay team will help us as we continue to grow and support programs for the kids and adults with special needs across the South Hills of Pittsburgh and beyond.
There are two incredible opportunities to support both Casey’s Clubhouse and Always B Smiling, each working toward empowering athletes to achieve their dreams.
Casey’s Clubhouse Fundraiser
Step up to the starting line with Casey’s Clubhouse! This year, we’re inviting athletes and supporters of all abilities to join in a variety of race events — including the full and half marathons, relay, 5K, Kid’s Walk, Toddler Trot, and Pet Race. Every stride and every fundraising effort helps us keep the game going for athletes with special needs, expanding access to sports and connection for everyone.
Always B Smiling Partnership Fundraiser
In a special collaboration, Casey's Clubhouse AND Always B Smiling are raising funds to expand its adaptive stroller marathon program, which allows athletes to experience the thrill of crossing the finish line. By running or supporting this program, donors help make marathons accessible for athletes who would otherwise watch from the sidelines.
