Help John raise money

On May 3rd, I will be running the Pittsburgh Marathon to raise money for the Alzheimer's Association. I have personally seen two of my grandparents struggle with Alzheimer's, so this cause holds a special place in my heart.

Alzheimer's is the most common cause of dementia, accounting for an estimated 60% to 80% of cases. Alzheimer's can cause memory loss, challenges in problem-solving, difficulty with familiar tasks, confusion, trouble understanding images, poor judgment, withdrawal from social activities, and mood changes. 

While the Alzheimer's Association's main vision is to create a world without Alzheimer's and all other dementias, they do so much more than that. They fund research to advance our understanding of Alzheimer's, identify new treatment strategies, improve care and support for people with dementia and their families. They are also committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, believing that people from all communities should have fair and just opportunities for early diagnosis and access to risk reduction and quality care. Lastly, the Alzheimer's Association is transparent with their governance policies, partnership information, and how donations are used (78% to care, support, research, awareness, and advocacy; 17% to fundraising; 5% to administrative costs).

Please help me reach my fundraising goal of $500 before May 3rd! Anything helps!
