My Story…

I signed up for the Pittsburgh BACK Half Marathon today and I'm so excited.  The BACK half will give me the opportunity to Run for a Reason and I will be running in memory of my husband John Twiford.  John was diagnosed with colorectal cancer in January 2018.  He received most of his treatments at the Yolanda Barco Cancer Center in Meadville but he also had care at the HIllman Cancer Center.  John passed away on Christmas Day 2019.  I will be sharing more about my wonderful late husband and my journey as I train for race day.
