My Story…
This year, I’m running the Pittsburgh Marathon in support of my sister, Julie, whose courage and unwavering spirit inspires me every day.
Julie is living with ALS, a disease that slowly takes away the ability to move, speak, and breathe—but never the ability to love, hope, or inspire.
I’m running not just for Julie, but for every family affected by ALS. Every mile I run is a step toward awareness, research, and ultimately, a cure. I invite you to join me—whether by donating, sharing this message, or simply cheering us on.
Together, we can turn heartbreak into hope. Let’s make every step count. Let’s run for Julie.
Description
The ALS Association Team Challenge ALS are running in honor of those currently living with ALS and in remembrance of those we have lost to the disease. The funds raised by our team provide help and hope to those living with ALS by supporting local patient care, advocacy, and global research to find treatments and a cure for this always fatal disease.
