Open Hand Ministries (OHM) is committed to strengthening communities in Pittsburgh by walking alongside families on their journey toward homeownership, stability, and multigenerational wealth. OHM has a two-pronged approach; they help families reach their financial goals and get them mortgage ready and they help increase the number of affordable homes in Pittsburgh’s East End by procuring vacant properties, renovating, and rehabbing of those acquired properties for families enrolled in the program.
