My Story…
I will be running the 2026 Pittsburgh Marathon in support of the Western PA Arthritis Foundation.
Less than a year ago, my mother was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis after multiple appointments and a variety of different treatments (none that worked for an extended period of time). Watching someone without any previous physical limitations that was always on the move suffer is very difficult. Now that she has treatment, she can go back to playing with her grandkids and cleaning (her favorite things). Still, she will have bad days and flare ups the rest of her life.
Roughly 22% of Americans are diagnosed with arthritis - we all know someone suffering. Your donation will go towards funding research and treatments for our loved ones.
